COVID-19 Response 3/15/20

To Our Dental Family...We are open!

At Capstone Kids Pediatric Dentistry, we are taking Covid-19 very seriously. The health and safety of our patients, families and staff will continue to be a top priority. As your child's trusted dental provider, we are committed to providing the best comprehensive dental health care in an environment that promotes and protects the well-being of all members of our community.

As we monitor the situation, we will continue to gather facts from appropriate sources for accurate and up-to-date information. We are prepared to implement changes and make necessary adjustments. As the situation evolves, it is important to us that you feel comfortable and confident in our ability to safely meet the dental needs of your children.

This is what WE are doing to help protect our dental family (in addition to all of the state/federal health standards and regulations that are part of our already day-to-day practices):

  • Increasing the disinfecting of high-touch areas
  • Increasing accessibility of hand-sanitizers and disinfecting wipes for patients/families
  • Rearranging the waiting room to help encourage social distancing
  • Temporarily removing and/or covering toys and ipads throughout the office
  • Temporarily removing access to water fountains

This is what YOU can do to help protect yourself and others:

  • If you or your child are feeling any symptoms (cough, fever, flu like), please stay home and call us to reschedule your appointment
  • Wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, do not touch your face, refrain from touching others & respect others’ personal space
  • If you sneeze or cough, please do so into your elbow

We understand this is a difficult time with many challenges and changes. What has not changed is our care and appreciation for our patients and their families. We are honored to serve you and we look forward to continuing to provide your children with the very best dental health care.

We are here for you and willing to answer any questions or hear your concerns. Please give us a call at 205-710-5555 or email at [email protected]
