At Capstone Kids Pediatric Dentistry, our mission is to provide children with the utmost comprehensive dental care in a fun, friendly, and relaxed environment that results in a pleasant experience for both children and their parents.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5pm.
Closed for lunch from 1pm - 2pm
Appointments
Appointments are an important part of your child’s treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you and your child. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
It is important we adhere to our schedule and respect the time of all of our patients/families. As such, patients who arrive 10 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment time may be rescheduled out of respect for our already scheduled patients who arrived on time for their appointment.
Cancellation Fee
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. A $35 fee may be charged to you if an appointment is changed or canceled without 24 hours notice.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
